Anchor East Series on Indefinite Hold...

Well, folks - I'm sorry to say we're just too darn busy to do more house concerts at this point! Between my own touring, teaching and songwriting schedule, and our various house projects, we just can't take on the house concert burden at this time.

We may resume at some point in the future... so if you are a potential audient, we would still appreciate having you on our mailing list. But - if you are an artist/musician who has come to this page, please do not send us material! We don't even have time to respond with polite refusals to the myriad singer-songwriters who have approached us... We wish you well, but There's Too Much Going On!

About the Anchor East House Concert tradition (when it's happening!):

Since 1993, I've been hosting house concerts in the living room of Anchor East (my original name for our home). It has traditionally been an important part of our events to let people experience the music in an acoustically rich space without amplification. The acoustics of the room are acknowledged as great by all who have played here. (We have made some great live recordings, and an album has even been recorded in the room!)

Having experienced first-hand the hospitality and generosity of many music enthusiasts as a touring musician, I like to do my part to help support great music and great players. Besides, I love having good music around!
